If you need to be king of the hill, the BTR Stage 4 will put your truck in front of the rest. It has an aggressive idle and starts pushing hard past 3000 RPM. This cam shines with a high numerical gear and a 2800-3500+ stall converter.

The dyno test was conducted on a stock 5.3 with a truck intake, valve spring upgrade, and longtube headers. Stock cam VS BTR cam.
